Lebanon Vignettes – Balbeck
Rendered digitally, with a WACOM Tablet. I used a photo I took as reference. The illustration is of the bust of a lion, emerging from the wall at the ruins in Balbeck. The lion’s head, for whatever reason, has become iconic of the location. I thought I’d contribute with my tiny little drawing.
This is another breathtaking image. Having been to Baal’bek, and having seen this, I have to admit that you have done justice to its intrinsic beauty
