The photo was cropped, then edited to get the feel I wanted: gritty and sweaty, as well as to make the tattoo work pop more so as to work better with the Copy. The Copy is mine, and a play on the tattoo work, as well as the fact that working out is another form [...]

I took the photo, and later had to remove a boat from the Ocean, and touch up the colour only a little. I came up with the copy too. I had written a longer more detailed option to fill a white space at the bottom of the image, but the photo is so simple and [...]

Using Photoshop, I manipulated these two images from my wedding to create Thank You cards for guests. This is the rough, made with low-res images at 72 dpi. Once the hi-res images arrive, I’ll have to recreate the card. Still, it’s a good example of photo editing and manipulation, if basic. Photography by Dave Z. [...]
